Lee joined Tatsu Partners in April 2021 as a Partner and Director. Prior to joining Tatsu he enjoyed a long career in Banking with the RBS/Nat West Group, with the majority of this time spent working in the UK Mid-Market Leveraged Finance Team, originating and executing a wide range of transactions for numerous mid-market Private Equity firms.

Lee also has considerable experience in Portfolio Management, including heading a team which managed a large portfolio of PE backed businesses.

Outside work, Lee is a keen cyclist and avid golfer, as well as long suffering fan of Leeds United, despite being born on the red side of Manchester. Given his age, Lee grew up listening to 80’s music and counts Morrissey as his all-time musical hero. Alas The Smiths are no longer, but Lee can recommend The Smyths as a fantastic tribute band and Morrissey continues to Tour into his 60’s!
