Will joined Tatsu Partners in April 2026 as an Associate. He supports both founder‑owned and private equity–backed businesses across multiple industries, guiding them through the process of securing debt facilities structured on terms that best fit their individual objectives.

He is a member of the ICAEW, becoming ACA qualified in 2025 with first-time passes. Prior to Tatsu, Will spent 4 years at RSM in their audit team. He worked predominantly with private equity funds and private equity-backed businesses. Will studied Politics and Sociology for three years at the University of Exeter.

Outside of work Will is a keen (albeit average) sportsman. He is involved in a social cricket team set up from his time at university called The Devonshire Jesters and founded an overseas golf tour, The Breakfast Ball Cup. Aside from that you can find him exploring London, trying to find the best spots to eat and drink.
